Celebrities are in the public eye, and that’s why most of the time their weight-loss journeys can be observed by the world. Thanks to healthy eating, exercise and in some cases, the helping hand of a surgeon these celeb stars have created amazing bodies:

Jessica Simpson recently shared on her Instagram that she lost 100 pounds six months after giving birth to her daughter. Simpson worked with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who gave the 39 year old five things to focus on every day to help her lose weight. Those things included walking 12,000 steps per day, getting at least seven hours of sleep, enjoying three full meals and two snacks daily, and doing circuit training workouts three to four days a week.
