Dylan Gonzalez accuses Trey Songz of rape!!

Dylan Gonzalez, former basketball player for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, accused artist Trey Songz of rapping her in Las Vegas.

The alleged rape took place nine years ago, according to the Daily Beast.

Gonzalez, 27, has hired lawyers George Vrabeck and Ariel Mitchell. They told People that they are preparing to file the lawsuit.

“Trey and his team are confident in the legal process. There will be an abundance of exonerating facts to come over the coming several weeks”; a rep for Songz, 37, told TMZ.

You are not alone,” Gonzalez concluded in her message on social media.

“I stand with you and encourage anyone who has been abused to speak up and report it. Suppressing our voices just strengthens our oppressors, and you can’t cure what you don’t expose.”

Gonzalez ended her message by pleading with the public for privacy and kindness.

“The support for Dylan has been overwhelming,” Vrabeck said in a statement to Page Six. “Her fortitude, courage, and willingness to speak up are inspiring. Furthermore, we have been moved by the fortitude of other Songz’ victims who have come forward to tell their stories. We plan to hold ALL relevant parties accountable and actively pursue Dylan’s claims until she receives the justice she deserves.”

Songz’s representative did not respond to our request for comment right away.

Page Six verified in November 2021 that Songz was the subject of an investigation. Later revealed to be regarding a different sexual assault. This allegedly occurred on the singer’s 37th birthday in Las Vegas.

At the time, a representative from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told us that they had received “a report of a sexual assault. The event claimed to have occurred at a hotel in the 3700 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard”. It was the same address as the Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Neverson was “cooperating with the investigation,” according to the spokesperson.

Gonzalez’s legal team is also representing Jahaura Jeffries. She filed a $20 million complaint against the singer last month; after accusing him of sexually abusing her in a Miami nightclub in 2018. Jeffries’ assertions have been refuted by Songz.

In August 2020, the “Slow Motion” singer also disputed a sexual assault accusation made by Celina Powell’s friend Aliza; a social media influencer. He allegedly kidnapped Aliza and urinated on her in a hotel restroom, according to Aliza.
