Take wonton (Chinese dumpling) dough or puff pastry, cut it into squares, put a few cubes of soft cheese inside each square and wrap it combining the corners of the dough together. Macaroni with Spinach, Artichoke, and Cheese
Preheat the oven and cook macaroni according to package directions. Combine 1/2 cup of fresh artichokes, chopped spinach, and onion each in a large bowl. Add three cloves of garlic. Then add 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, and cream cheese. Mix it with the cooked macaroni, and then put it in the greased baking dish, add heavy cream, and bake for about 30 minutes.
Pasta with Tomatoes and Mozzarella
Cook the pasta according to package directions, rinse it, and then drain leaving a little water in the pot. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Saute tomatoes and tomato paste in it. Add a bit of milk and stir. Put the pasta into the pan with this mixture and stir again. Add in 3 mozzarella balls and cover the pan for 2 minutes. In the end, toss in the basil leaves and stir it again. Garnish the cooked dish with fresh mint leaves.
To make the fondue, add diced Gouda and Swiss cheese in a bowl and toss with cornstarch and pepper. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic. Pour one and a half cups of dry white wine and one tablespoon of cognac and warm it up over medium-low heat. When the liquid starts bubbling, add cheese slowly, stirring constantly. Season the sauce with nutmeg and pepper. Keep it over low heat until ready to serve. Serve the fondue with croissants or croutons.

Mix butter, salt, pepper, onion, heavy cream, and shredded soft cheese in a bowl. Add potato pancakes in the mixture that should completely cover them. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
White Bread Pizza
Preheat the oven. Slice a loaf of bread in length, and then slice it in width to get a grid. Wrap the bread in foil and place it in the oven for 10 minutes. Melt butter in a microwave or small saucepan. While stirring, add garlic, shredded cheese, and thyme leaves into the butter. Gently lift the bread slices up and fill them with the sauce. Neatly place sliced dried tomatoes and shredded cheese in the crevices of the bread. Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. When it’s cooked, sprinkle with shredded cheese again.
Pasta with Cheese and Croutons
Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Melt three tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Then throw in crushed crackers and fry the mixture for 3-5 minutes stirring frequently.
In the same pot you boiled the pasta in, melt four tablespoons of butter. Add in the flour. Reduce the heat and cook for one minute, stirring. Gradually pour in milk and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently until the sauce has thickened. Mix the sauce with cheese, pepper, and salt to taste. Place the pasta in the prepared baking dish, pour in the sauce, and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
Baked Cheesy Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into halves or quarters (depending on their size) and cook. Place the cooked potatoes in a baking dish and pour in natural (plain) yogurt. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Take the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with one cup of shredded cheese (several kinds of cheese), then put the dish back into the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Tomato Soup with Cheese
Place a soup pot over heat, add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and a diced onion. Saute until the onion begins to brown. Add in Italian seasoning, black and red pepper, a pinch of salt, and tomato paste. Cook the mixture for a minute. Then, while stirring, add the canned tomatoes, fresh parsley, basil, and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with shredded cheese, and whisk the soup in the blender until it becomes creamy. You can add croutons or crackers into the cooked soup if you like.
Cheesy Rolls with Bacon
Roll slices of sandwich bread flat using a rolling pin. Put one slice of cheese on top. Roll them up, wrap one slice of bacon around each roll, and secure with a toothpick. Fry the rolls in butter until the bacon is browned and the cheese is melted.
