On Thursday afternoon (June 23), the 27-year-old actress, who plays Daphne Bridgerton in the hit Netflix series Bridgerton, was spotted having lunch with a male friend in London, England.

Phoebe and her friend shared a bowl of sweet potato fries; and she was seen at one point during the meal playingfully touching his hair. Following their lunch break, they went shopping.

According to IMDb, Phoebe is currently filming Fair Play, a film that “follows a woman after her promotion at a cutthroat hedge fund sends her relationship; with her partner on a downward spiral that could unravel far more than their recent engagement.”
