Two ‘Red Notice’ sequels are in the works at Netflix!
Netflix is developing two Red Notice sequels!
According to a fresh source, the streaming service is hoping to hire two more Red Notice films for back-to-back shoots.
Original stars Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot, and Ryan Reynolds, as well as writer/director Rawson Marshall Thurber, will all return to the streaming service.
The two new films are expected to begin shooting in early 2023. In addition to the three performers, the producers want to bring in other celebrities to create a heist film ensemble.
According to Deadline, the streaming service is in the early phases of planning a back-to-back shoot of two Red Notice sequels, with the intention of starting production in early 2023, depending on deals and the hectic schedules of its stars.
Netflix has declined to comment, but sources say the goal is to bring back the star trio. And also include additional characters to flesh out a heist film ensemble akin to the celebrity-studded Ocean’s Eleven franchise.
